The Transactions team at DDR is focused on investing the Company’s capital in retail real estate investments that will provide the appropriate risk-adjusted return to DDR’s shareholders. The department’s functions include the sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence and transaction closing on acquisition opportunities to ensure that they meet the Company’s investment criteria. Additionally, the department is responsible for the sale of properties within the portfolio and instrumental in effectuating transactions with various institutional joint venture partners. DDR is interested in acquiring high-quality power centers and community centers in major metropolitan markets. In addition, the Company will purchase debt, fund mezzanine loans, and structure equity funding on existing and to-be-built high quality power centers.

Acquired in 3Q16, Gresham Station is a 341,186-square-foot power center that serves the growing population of the dense eastern Portland trade area. Gresham Station is anchored by a diverse group of national retailers, including Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Craft Warehouse, Cost Plus World Market and Old Navy.


PALM VALLEY PAVILIONS WEST
PHOENIX, AZ

Acquired in 1Q16, Palm Valley Pavilions West is a 277,000-square-foot power center that serves the rapidly expanding communities of the West Valley, which have experienced the largest population growth within the Phoenix MSA in recent years. Located along Interstate 10, Palm Valley Pavilions West is anchored by Ross Dress for Less, Total Wine & More and Best Buy.
