The shopping center is located at the intersection of PR 52 and PR 177 in an extremely dense infill location in Rio Piedras, an inner suburb of San Juan, with a population of more than 529,000 within five miles of the shopping center.
Señorial Plaza is anchored by Big Kmart, Walgreens and a free standing Pueblo Supermarket. The tenant mix within the balance of the shopping center includes well known national, regional and local tenants including Chatarra Surf Shop, Gamestop, GNC, Gordon's Jewelers, Kress/Kress Kids, Marianne, Payless ShoeSource, Perfumania, RadioShack, and Rainbow.
