The professional development program at DDR provides employees with training opportunities and resources to enhance their management, technical and professional skills. Training is offered via live, instructor-led workshops, webinars and online e-learning training. Courses are designed to support the training needs and development objectives of employees in every department. Examples of our professional development course offerings include supervisor training, business systems training and a wide range of industry training such as business writing, “thinking for innovative solutions” and time management.
