    The University of Shopping Centers is a master’s level program that offers shopping center professionals continuing education training in specialized fields relating to the real estate industry. Courses are taught by leading industry professionals.

    An annual conference that provides a thorough introduction to the REIT sector through lectures, discussions and case studies. Sessions are run by industry leaders. This event provides an excellent networking opportunity for industry professionals.

  • Tuition Assistance

    DDR offers tuition assistance for courses and programs that aid employees’ professional growth. Assistance is available to employees after one year of employment.

• DDR offers a professional development training program
  The professional development program at DDR provides employees with training opportunities and resources to enhance their management, technical and professional skills. Training is offered via live, instructor-led workshops, webinars and online e-learning training. Courses are designed to support the training needs and development objectives of employees in every department. Examples of our professional development course offerings include supervisor training, business systems training and a wide range of industry training such as business writing, “thinking for innovative solutions” and time management. In addition to enhancing employee skills, our programs also help foster involvement between supervisors and employees in which professional development goals are linked to career aspirations.
