This shopping center is approximately three miles from downtown Pittsburgh and two miles from the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University. Primary access to the site from the north is the 376 Parkway, and from the west is SR 837, also known as Carson Street.

The junior anchors for the power center include Dick's Sporting Goods, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx and Best Buy. The lifestyle component of the shopping center is 595,000 square feet and is anchored by Macy's, Loew's Theater, Dave & Busters and Barnes & Noble, along with several other national lifestyle tenants.
